When you book a wedding for New Year's Eve you always have this feeling that it will be special. Tara and Rich's wedding did not disappoint. It was one wedding that really had everything. A romantic, destination like setting, a fun and very much in love couple, and then a killer New Years Eve party to end it all. Tara's vision of a night time ceremony transformed the Rusty Pelican into a story book setting.
